I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new heating and cooling system from Ambient Cooling. *** and *** arrived at my home around 8:30 and completed the entire installation by around 5 oclock. Both of them worked continuously throughout the day. Both *** and *** were extremely professional with great personalities and answered every question I asked. What I also found interesting, was that they also felt that besides having the entire system work properly, it was also important that the system was visually appealing. *****, the sales representative, ****, the general manager, **** who answered the phone initially, who was extremely pleasant and *** and *** made the entire process extremely professional and easy. I would highly recommend Ambient Cooling to anyone who is looking to have Lennox equipment installed.
The technician was punctual, professional and helpful In explaining concerns and regular maintenance things homeowners should now. This is a must (home maintenance needed tool) when your a single female homeowner.
