The sales rep inspected my heating/cooling system snd gave me an estimate for a more efficient system.
Ambient Comfort is by far the best heating and air conditioning experience youd ever want to know. My first experience was when they offered a special on an air conditioner tune up. They did much more than any other company Ive ever used. This led me to buy a new air conditioner from them. The installation went so smoothly, and they answered all of my questions professionally. They were actually recommended by another service man from a different company!!! Now, thats saying something. Today, ************ Came to tune up and service my heater. He was so friendly and professional. He actually knew that I had dry wall put ** in my house by the white dust that was inside of my heater! Now, thats a guy who pays attention. I was rightfully impressed. Ambient Comfort is the only company I will use.
Jason has visited us twice. First for emergency AC repair. He did a great job then and today he was back to do some heat system maintenance to get ready for winter. Again he was friendly professional efficient and I am sure we will be fine all winter. In the spring we plan to have Ambient Comfort replace our old AC even though Jason kept it working through the rest of the summer. This seems like a good reliable company with nice employees.
Wow, what a great experience! I called in the morning to get a quote on a new heating system and was able schedule an appt. the same day within 3 hours. And a quote was given as we were speaking. ****** was the estimator and he is very personable and knowledgeable about the subject matter and the heating industry. He gave me three different options of the heating systems and explained the details and the differences. He is a valuable asset to your company.
My ac unit stop working over the weekend. I called Ambient Comfort early Monday morning. They couldn't send anyone out that day. But I received a call that evening. They would be out the next day. Before arriving to the house I got a call saying when they would be there. I appreciated that. Some company's will have you waiting all day. Received another call telling me what was wrong. Ac is up and running now. The technician was great. Couldn't ask for better service. This is the first time I used this company. And they were willing to help me. Some company's if your not already a client won't take you or put you on a waiting list.. Thanks again,
My a/c stopped working twice in 2 days. Ambient serviced it the next day (Monday) after the first stoppage from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and at regular rates. The Service manager, very courteously and patiently, and I discussed this problem for 20 minutes after the 2nd stoppage and he concluded that the 30 amp circuit breaker should be replaced. I have an electrician appointment to do this in a few days. No need to wait one or more days for a service follow-up call to resolve the problem. Competent people working for this company.
