My water boiler just started tripping and stopped running. I spoke with Anthonys service department and by 8:30 the following morning a tech had come and fixed the problem. I have dealt with Ambient many times and have never had a bad experience. I will recommend him and his company to everyone I know!
Technician came out and spent time diagnosing the cause of vibrations in our family room from heating &!cooling systems. Ultimately he found the issue and promptly made the necessary adjustments. Our problem is solved. 5 stars for Ambient.
Guys were great. Seem to enjoy what they do. They knew what they were doing and did it well. Also, explain what they were doing - enjoyed conversing whit them.

Tyler answers all questions thoroughly. He is very knowledgable and knew how to explain things to me in a way I could understand. For the first time ever I feel like my system works how it should!!
Had a great experience with Ambient Heating and Cooling! I was able to get an appointment next day, and technician was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done and/or serviced.
They were able to have someone come out quickly for tuneup. They left with my AC running better than ever. Finally blows cold air.
I had a great experience with this company. Someone literally called me back at 3AM to help me and they sent Ray the technician out first thing in the morning! Ray was very polite and professional in every way! He had my A/C up and running in no time! I highly recommend!
The Ambient Control technician named Sage who came to my home to checkout the system was not only well mannered and neat in appearance but was a total gentleman. He thoroughly checked out my split system, was very knowledgeable, and graciously answered any question that I had asked. I have recommended Ambient Control to my family members and they are very satisfied with their service. As for Sage, Ambient Control should give him a raise or bonus because he provides excellent advertisement for their company
