Chuck and Matt did a great job installing our new heating/air conditioning system. They were prompt and professional and left the house spotless when they were finished!!!! Thanks to them we have a cool home during this pandemic. I would highly recommend Ambient Comfort.
Has the tech Zach. Very thorough, checked everything. Explained things to me where I understood what he was doing. Absolutely love them!!! Will always be my first call!! Would hope to get Zack again!!!
Our technician Sage was awesome. He came out the same day I called. We felt treated more like family than just another customer. He was honest and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our problem, alleviating much stress and worry!
I wasn't sure what to expect when I called about my central air cooling system not working. Ambient Comfort was quick to answer my questions, and offered help immediately. Ray arrived and was very welcoming, professional and helpful. He walked me through his process, and explained what could be the problem, but what also was not the problem. Come to find out it was an easy fix. Ray also explained all options in terms of what needs fixed with associated costs. Overall, great experience. Will definitely call back if I have anymore issues. Very satisfied.
Tyler showed up on time to do a maintenanceon my AC unit,,,he gave clear answers to any questions I asked. He conducted himself as the professional he is. It was a privilege with and doing business with AC. I will be calling them back for a heater tune-up.

Called them to come out to do a yearly service call and they we're able to come the next day. Fully tested and checked all.components of the AC unit and provided great feedback. I will definitely be using them again.

I just started to work with Ambient Comfort a couple weeks ago and I am so impressed by the communication/responsiveness (#1 priority for me). I have been working with another heating/cooling company for the past 12 years in Avalon and feel they give me the run around. I had a specific incident where they had just come out to add more refrigerant to my unit but after I explained what was going on he said he was only there to check the pressure. I was frustrated after They left because things still were not correct. I got Ambient Comforts name from my sister. I called within minutes received a call back from Anthony (owner) and Chuck came out later that day to go over everything. He immediately found that my smaller unit wasn't even turning on and also found that my damper had shut. He took the time to figure out the problems and his attention to detail was great. Chuck also took the time to follow up via phone and text to make sure things were working properly. HIGHLY recommend. Please feel free to use me for a reference.
We love Tyler H! This was the second time he has been to our home on a maintenance call. He is very professional, through and takes the time to answer all our questions and concerns. We love Ambient Comfort, their customer service is excellent!
