The guys at Ambient Comfort are the absolute greatest. Anthony and his team worked with us to put in a beautiful new AC unit and furnace. They took the time to explain everything and made us feel incredibly comfortable with the work being done. Was recommended to Ambient Comfort by some friends on FB after another company was a no-call/no-show. Glad I called, service was fantastic, the tech was on time, very courteous and really knew his stuff, didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need, wore booties in my house, and most of all got my AC working great during a heat wave. Best of all the bill was VERY reasonable at the end.
Couple days later got a follow up from the owner of the company on his personal cell to make sure everything went okay, and said to call him direct on his cell if I ever had an emergency and needed help. These guys are just the BEST. I had several quotes for a new heat pump that needed new lines. While a lot of the quotes didn't include new lines ( because it was going to be a bear of a job to run new lines) AC did the right thing. Not only did the pull off a small miracle running the new lines their work is completely TOP notch. The two guys that hooked everything up were true pros. I ended up having them put in a new water heater too. I told others about the job and the price and everyone says i got a great deal. All I can say is use these guys, you'll be glad you did in the long run. First Class and a great price !

On January 6, 2012 we had your company install a new high efficiency Lennox comfort system. We have not had such a pleasant experience with any contractor in many, many years. Your installers were polite, efficient and extremely neat. When they had to do work in the house, opposed to the basement, they put “protective bootie” over their boots. When they left, there was not a single bit of thrash remaining.

They explained the operation of the system and thermostat and constantly asked if we had any questions.

I inspected the installation and found it to be done exactly as you stated and definitely expertly done. Everything was properly reconnected and our first day and night with our new system was nothing short of amazing. Our bedroom which was previously referred to as the “ice box” was perfectly comfortable even though the thermostat setting was exactly as before. Your team explained that the new motors and technology in these modern systems are a huge improvement over my 24 year old one and it was immediately evident in improved comfort.

Please tell your installation team what a great job they did and how much we appreciate their politeness, neatness and expertise.
