I needed an estimate for a new AC unit and furnace. I called multiple **** companies and ******************** was the only company to schedule an appointment the same day and the installation within a week. All of the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful with any questions and concerns. They were prompt for the estimate appointment and installation. They explained what we needed to know about our new AC unit and furnace and how to use the new thermostats. They were also courteous enough to cover floor surfaces to keep from tracking dirt through the house and even vacuumed before they left. I highly recommend their services.
Zach showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Repaired my AC unit in less than 1 hour at reasonable cost. I highly recommend **********************: 5 stars easily!

Zak, our service tech Took the time to tell us exactly what the problem was with our AC system and explained to us exactly what he did to get our unit up and running again. I would use Ambient **** services again and will recommend them to friends and family.
Tyler and another workman came out to service and to check on an issue that we were having with our exterior AC unit. He was prompt, polite and he gave a thorough explanation of what they had done and what they believed to be our issue. Great customer service, the purchasing process all the way to the installation was fast and went smoothy. No complaints actually my kids are complaining its now to cold in the house :)
