The guys at Ambient Comfort are the absolute greatest. Anthony and his team worked with us to put in a beautiful new AC unit and furnace. They took the time to explain everything and made us feel incredibly comfortable with the work being done. I can't imagine ever even considering another company after the experience I had with Ambient Comfort.
They were attentive, hard working, thorough, and the install team even did extra work just to make sure they did the job right. I will recommend them to everyone I talk to. Why mess around when you can call the guys that do the job well, quickly?

We found Ambient Comfort through our local radio station advertisement. The next day we called and met with Brian at our home within a couple of days. My wife and I were very impressed with his presentation. He was professional, easy-going, friendly, and knowledgable about his products and company. Not to mention a pleasure to work with. Brian even showed up on the day of insulation to see that everything was going smoothly. The two gentleman that installed our Lennox furnace and AC unit, Joe and Iggy, were prompt, friendly, professional, and hardworking. They even laid a tarp in our foyer from the front door all the way to our basement door (inside entrance) because it was a rainy day. Better than snow I guess on January 3st! They cleaned up afterwards and hauled away our old units and all cardboard/boxes. No debris whatsoever was left behind. We would recommend Ambient Comfort without a second thought!
I liked that I was reminded via text of my appointment and on the day of my appointment I was contacted by the technician via phone prior to his arrival. Arriving on time and explaining the work he performed as well as being courteous Makes this company and John the service tech, star performers in my book!!!
john was wonderful, very efficient,fixed the problem and explained everything so we understood. very polite and patient!!!
