Anthony, the tech that arrived to diagnose the problem with our furnace, was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and friendly. It's always a relief when a service person shows up at your house and they seem like someone that could easily be your friend.

These guys are just the BEST. I had several quotes for a new heat pump that needed new lines. While a lot of the quotes didn't include new lines ( because it was going to be a bear of a job to run new lines) AC did the right thing. Not only did the pull off a small miracle running the new lines their work is completely TOP notch. The two guys that hooked everything up were true pros. I ended up having them put in a new water heater too. I told others about the job and the price and everyone says i got a great deal. All I can say is use these guys, you'll be glad you did in the long run. First Class and a great price!
Was recommended to Ambient Comfort by some friends on FB after another company was a no-call/no-show. Glad I called, service was fantastic, the tech was on time, very courteous and really knew his stuff, didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need, wore booties in my house, and most of all got my AC working great during a heat wave. Best of all the bill was VERY reasonable at the end.
Couple days later got a follow up from the owner of the company on his personal cell to make sure everything went okay, and said to call him direct on his cell if I ever had an emergency and needed help. First class service all the way, thank you Ambient Comfort! We will be calling again whenever we need HVAC service!
