My heater stopped working yesterday and I was SEARCHING to find someone who could come out and take a look. (The guy who installed it wouldn't answer or return my calls) A friend of mine recommended I give Ambient Comfort a call. The wonderful woman who answered the phone(I believe her name was Keri or Carla, so sorry I missed it) was extremely sweet and super helpful!!
Not even an hour after I called, John Albarracin from Ambient Comfort was in my driveway!
John was just an absolute sweetheart! He was extremely professional, super friendly and was super great about answering all my annoying questions. Best part? My heater is working now!! Yaay!

Dustin did a fantastic job installing an humidifier in my HVAC system. Highly recommend! He spent the time needed while most companies would run away from this job.
