I was scheduled for my annual heater maintenance today with Ambient. Eric did such a wonderful job previously with my air conditioning repair that I signed up for their maintenance contract. I was happy to see Eric was the technician that arrived today. He did a thorough job checking the heating system changing the filter and making sure all works perfectly. I appreciate Eric's professionalism and obvious caring that all systems perform properly. He is a true asset to Ambient. They are a great company with excellent customer service and communication skills
We have used Ambient since their beginning and I always recommend them. Their staff is great with competent technicians and you can rely on their commitment to show up when scheduled.
Joseph H. was very prompt, polite and informative in the work he performed for us. He called to say he was at our property (we gave him access because we were not there) and then called again to say he performed the inspection, explained all that he inspected, and made mention that he made sure to secure our house before he left. I feel very confident in and am happy with he service he provided.

Daniel was great and though wasn't able to repair right away was very helpful in getting info to me ASAP about repair options.
Everyone from Carla in the office, Mike the office manager/salesman and John & Paul the technicians were very professional. I am completely pleased with their work and would not hesitate to call them in the future for any of my needs. I like the family feel that they all have with the company. That to me says it all. It isn't "they" when they speak of the company they say ""we". That means alot.
