I had a 4 head Minnie split system installed. The whole experience from sales thru the entire installation was great. Bryan was very professional. He measured all the rooms, listened to what I wanted, made justified reccomendations on equipment and gave me a quote I couldn't say no to. Their engineer came to make final checks and the installers were right on time. They were very respectful of my home and when they were done, you would never know they were there, except for the new units on the walls and the compressor outside. Before he left, Chuck showed me everything I needed to know, along with a number to call if I have any questions. I recommend them highly.
Eric listened as I explained what was going on with the heater. He explained what he was doing as he checked several areas of the heater. He answered all my questions and in the end, my heater was warming up my house. I was very pleased with the service I received.

My experience with A.C. was quite unique.
Three of their workers came out to help diagnose why my heater wasnt working properly. Let me share that all 3 workers were very professional, worked hard, and thought they had found a solution. Unfortunately, it wasnt the workers....it was my energy efficienct, state of the art HVAC system that was causing the problem and making things tricky for everyone! It was a unique problem! The next worker to come out was Dan. He went over and above. He researched, waited, read, tried all sorts of things and would not give up. He worked hard for 6 hours, and then teamed up & worked along with Brandon to find a lasting solution to give me heat. And what a team they were! I now have heat and my house is nice and toasty! Thank you Ambient Comfort and each of your 5 hard working service professionals that came out to fix my heater
