Quick response and service
I don't where to begin. From my first call to Carrie to my AC guy Eric the experience was great! My spouse has medical issues and my AC is out yesterday, 106 degrees. When I explained this, they put me at the top of the list. Eric came identified the problem but had to get the part. Came back today and I Now have AC! Not only was the work top notch, the people in this company are truly the kind you don't meet often. Thank you Carrie, Eric and Ambience. I will use you for all future needs and recommed you every chance I get!! Use this company-you'll be glad you did!
I have used this company two or three times. Today they installed a new Air conditioning system in my home. They are very efficient and helpful with everything. Everyone I've spoken with and dealt with has been very thoughtful and understanding. They came out right away when I had no air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this company.
Ambient Comfort was amazing from initial call to the service. Mark the Technician was super friendly and explained everything in the process, took pictures and gave great consultation. They did a cleaning and replaced my capacitor for my outside AC Unit. Service was quick and the response time was even better. The company called to check in and was very professional. Thanks again for the wonderful service. Would definitely recommend.
