We had an emergency on Sunday and called ambient. The owner called us back as he was getting off a plane in Philly and we were fixed up and ready to go by Monday morning

The process was excellent. When you lose your heat on the coldest day of the year and someone is sent out as quickly as possible, it makes a difference. The team, Joe, who did the original inspection, George, who coordinated the finances and explained our options very clearly and John and Paul who did the installation were professional, friendly and very neat! I would highly recommend Ambient for you HVAC needs.
