Our technician, Richard, was helpful (took the time to show us how to run our system most efficiently), respectful, pleasant and tidy. Wrap all that up in an on time appointment and you have very satisfied customers.

He inspected my outside heating system in horrible pouring down rain. He came in to check the thermostat to make sure the air conditioner worked properly and the heat kicking back on. Don't know what he did outside? But I trusted him as a professional and I trust Ambient Comfort because the company cares about their clients.
