John arrived at our home as scheduled and on time. He performed the required inspection and maintenance on both of our heaters. He was at our home for approximately an hour, during that time he was very professional and neat. Upon completion he informed us with what had been done and answered a couple of questions I had. Very quick response to a heater that would not turn on. Luckily it was a simple fix and the technician Joseph Harley explained the problem and made quick work of it. It seems that semi-annual preventative maintenance may have prevented this issue. Thank you
