Nice guy very helpful and pleasant
As always Ambiant Comfort always supplies the best service. John J was prompt, courteous and explained everything he was doing. He fixed my AC problem quickly and serviced my system. I can't say enough good things about this company, John J and employees.
From start to finish my experience with Ambient Comfort was top notch. Scheduling was a breeze and love the email follow up too. Before my technician arrived we received a text message with his name and picture! Zack was professional and polite. He was cognizant of our home and our needs. 10/10 recommend!

I've had a tech come out twice so far and both times he was very polite, professional, and on time. He always asked before moving ahead with his work, like when needing to use the hose or needing to move through the house. I prepaid ahead with their membership program and feel like I've got my money's worth already. I got a nice discount on a part I needed and that the tech already had in his vehicle, so no need to return at a later date. The service reminders are also very helpful, especially for me as this is my first time having an HVAC system.
