Communication was always very high and professional, and Anthony was very quick to inform me of potential roadblocks as well as explain any of the "why" questions we had. I had a good experience with Ambient. It was easy to make an appointment. When I called, the agent gave me a general estimate for my Lennox thermostat replacement and informed me what the service charge would be. I received text message reminders for the appointment. I also received a call from the tech with an ETA. Both techs, John and Joe, were helpful. John helped me setup the app for my thermostat. They wore booties in the house. The techs came within the 4 hour timeframe that I was given. I will use them again and plan to use them for HVAC maintenance.
I would like to inform you that the technician " Richard " was extremely professional, as he was performing the maintenance service on my heater. The is the second time that he has completed service. Each time he has completed in a timely manner .
