The technician gave us several options to choose from for our new heater/AC. He was very clear in giving the differences between those options. There was no pressure for us to make an immediate decision.
We got a few other estimates. Once we made our decision to go with Ambient, they scheduled the installation for the next day.
The two men who did the installation were friendly and very professional. They worked incredibly hard on a miserably hot day. Two units had to be hauled up 22 steps to our condo and the up an additional 10 steps up a pull down stairway up to the attic.
We are extremely happy with every aspect of the process and would highly recommend Ambient for any HVAC work.

I recently had an entire HVAC system installed. Ambient Comfort made the process painless. Their bid was very competitive, they were able to complete in install within a few days. The technicians completed the work and ensured that everything was immaculate when they were done. I am very happy with the end result and I highly recommend Ambient Comfort!
Such a good experience. They were patient in explaining things to me and provided recommendations based on my lifestyle and things that were important to me.
