Ambient was quick to send a tech out and John was able to resolve our issue. He did not give up until he knew what the problem was and did a great job explaining the issue and walking us through the process.

Ambient Comfort understood the problem and responded quickly. Ray, the technician, was very respectful and knowledgeable. The problem was complex and he did not hesitate in bringing in help to work with him. As they said, they "live for problems" and Ray and Anthony stayed with it until it was resolved. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.
