Tech came out to check my heater. Arrived on time and was very kind and respectful. After inspection it was found that i need a new unit. He showed me the problem and discussed why a repair wasn't feasible.
He was able to have their other team member come the same day to measure and get a quote together which was extremely convenient since i took off work for the day.
All together everyone who i was in contact with were great and efficient. Thank you Mike and Dan for being thorough and taking the time to discuss my needs and options.
