Joseph arrived on time, calling ahead to give me his timeline. He was very pleasant and thorough. He was here for Fall maintenance on my heater so he was in and out in a timely manner. I have always been happy with Ambient.
Very happy with this company and Rich Le, the technician. He called before coming, a picture of him was sent by email for recognition, had booties on when entered house. He was very polite. This was a recommendation from Harry Hurley. Will use them again for HVAC needs.

On time, respectful, quiet, and when asked he took the time to explain how a humidification system works and what to look for when it is not.
The technician answered all questions and pointed out other preventive maintenance items for my consideration. I liked that there was no pressure, just lots of information, and a very clear estimate that I can review and decide upon at my own pace.
Very professional - from the gentleman who came last week to give me an estimate to replace my HVAC system to the 2 young men who spent today installing the system.
They left their work area neat and cleaned up, spent time showing me the heater, a/c condenser (??) and smart thermostat.
