I have been using Ambient Comfort (through an old job and personally) for around maybe 9 years or so now, and they are unequivocally the best around. Whether it be a routine fix, their yearly maintenance service, or doing a big job like a new system (my latest project), the matter of care and professionalism stays consistent throughout. Prices are more than fair when compared to competitors, and frankly make you realize how some of the big boys in the business, as in they have become too big (looking at you Hor), have forgotten about the customer, and care more about how far they can stretch the profit to the point of absurdity. You will never feel pressured to buy, or made uncomfortable. In fact, they will help you get every last bit out of your machine until the inevitable time comes and a unit needs replacing as was such my case. You will get to know the staff by name as they usually have the same guys come to do a checkup
and honestly how rare is that today? Yet just another testament to the care of how this company is run. Special mention goes to Brian W. who made the purchase and installation of a new system go as smooth as possible. From the selling point to seeing how the actual installation was going, Brian was always involved making sure all was going well, showing that he knew the customer was making a major investment. From all the work I have had done with Ambient, every person I have met or dealt with from the office to the techs to sales, they have all been extraordinary and provide a level of comfort and care that frankly is just not found anymore in today's age. These guys go all over the area so don't let that deter you from calling. Give these guys a try, and I I'd bet money you will be sticking with them for the future.

Ambient HVAC ..Dealing with Kate by phone/email was easy and a pleasure. Zach came out to estimate the job, was polite,friendly and clean and presentable. Ray was the actual service provider and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly as well as clean and presentable. Explained what/why he was doing with ease.Worked clean and safely. Job was done exactly as he said it would. Ambient was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Definitely will use them from now on.

We had ambient comfort install a new high efficiency heater and air conditioning at our house, from the initial estimate to the excellent work of the installers this company is top notch! We had gotten out estimate on a Tuesday and exactly one week later we had our units installed, the guys had the job completed in a day! Could not be happier!!!We highly recommend ambient comfort!
