Very efficient and friendly company. They called me when the tech was a little bit behind and assured me he would be there. He came assessed the situation with my PTAC unit and provided me with information on how to have the unit fixed. Very satisfied with their prompt response in making an appointment and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend them.
This is the first time doing business with Ambient. Extremely pleased. Jason, the technician, was helpful and friendly. Our commercial unit is rooftop and another company told us it needed to be replaced, which is thousands of dollars. Jason found the issue and the fact that the other company left wires disconnected. They will be our new go to for HVAC.

My air conditioner stopped working and I called Ambient Comfort. They responded within 1 hr and repaired my unit. I asked for a quote on a new unit and had it the next day. The price was very competitive and they offered great financing through South *********** They are installing my new unit within 2 weeks. Great service and great company to do business with.

From initial consultation, through sales, and installation, a very good company to do business with. Just had my HVAC installed, works great. Installation was smooth, the guys were very professional and responsive. They did a great job removing the old system and installing the new. I would recommend Ambient Comfort without hesitation.
