Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Ambient was great. *********************** took time to explain all the different Lennox models, the cost efficiencies of each brand and how to apply for financing. I did not experience any pressure to buy anything. After the discussion, I felt that I got all the information needed as a consumer to make an informed decision on the brand to apply.
Kind courteous and informative, Jason tried everything he could to fix my ac unit.
Gave them a call at 8PM on a hot and muggy night. They had technician arrived 45 minutes later to fix my issue in just over an hour. My 2 young children's rooms (4y and 9mo) were over 80°! I went to bed that night and slept soundly knowing that my family would be comfortable.
Technician Anthony F. was very courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my AC and corrected the issue. All staff that I interacted with were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises and highly recommend them.

Replaced expansion tank for domestic water. Serviceman was very professional and polite, explained what was wrong and how to fix problem. He continued asking if I had any questions. He made sure everything was working before he left.
Our technician was Anthony and he did a fantastic job. He was able to locate our AC issue and explain what needed to be done in a way that was easy to digest. Within an hour the cool air was back on and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using Ambient Comfort for any future hvac needs. 5*'s for Anthony and Ambient Comfort!
