Salesman told us things before we could ask. Explained why their unit and plan was better than others. Installers were friendly and told us when they had to leave/come back. A few weeks later we needed the thermastats adjusted - and that worked out fine and he came on time.
Zach was on time and did a great job with the maintenance service. He was informative and thorough. Felt very comfortable with him and his service.
The men were very courtious and they wore booties to keep their feet clean while coming and going. They cleaned the whole area they worked in after they were done. Would definitely recommend them.

Very professional, clean and know the products they're installing.
Ambient has been servicing our properties for the past four years. We rely on them for service at commercial, residential, and rental properties. They respond quickly to any issues that arise and we find that they competently assess and solve problems. They have also worked quickly to install new units that could not be repaired.
Excellent customer service. Installation of two new HVAC systems went well. Had a bit of an issue with keeping the house cool during the first extreme heat spell this past summer but they came right out and corrected things so inside temperature stayed right where we wanted it.
Both Ray and Tyler were very professional. They arrived on time, were very polite and friendly and were efficient and neat. I would gladly use Ambient again.
