My ac unit stop working over the weekend. I called Ambient Comfort early Monday morning. They couldn't send anyone out that day. But I received a call that evening. They would be out the next day. Before arriving to the house I got a call saying when they would be there. I appreciated that. Some company's will have you waiting all day. Received another call telling me what was wrong. Ac is up and running now. The technician was great. Couldn't ask for better service. This is the first time I used this company. And they were willing to help me. Some company's if your not already a client won't take you or put you on a waiting list.. Thanks again,
My a/c stopped working twice in 2 days. Ambient serviced it the next day (Monday) after the first stoppage from 6:00 to 7:00 pm and at regular rates. The Service manager, very courteously and patiently, and I discussed this problem for 20 minutes after the 2nd stoppage and he concluded that the 30 amp circuit breaker should be replaced. I have an electrician appointment to do this in a few days. No need to wait one or more days for a service follow-up call to resolve the problem. Competent people working for this company.

I contacted Ambient Comfort and within 2 hours, they had a technician at my location working on my air conditioning issue. The tech was extremely polite, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He got right to the root of the problem, fixed it in about 45 minutes. Best overall experience that I've ever had with a company coming to my house to do a repair. I would rate them 10 out of 10 any day.
The guys were professional and super clean. You would never know anyone was in your home. I plan to use them at my shore home next year.
