In less than 1 hr after hanging up Ambient comfort had their tech Anthony come out to see what's up with air. Anthony determined what the problem was, advised us and gave options to fix or replace. He was back out Today, day earlier than expected, pleasant and professional like the first time. Wasn't hear long , problem is fixed and Air is working great. Thank you to Anthony & Ambient Comfort for a job well done.
Super impressed with the AC team's timely and professional response. Started with an unexpected service issue which led to a new unit being installed. All Interactions with various team members along the way were very informative and really helpful to make the best decisions from beginning to end. My central air conditioner stopped working during one of the hottest days this year. We called Ambient Comfort and they came out the next day to give an estimate for a repair or replacement. We chose to replace the unit due to the reasonable price. They came the next day to install a new unit.
Everything was great from the estimator giving different options that would fit our needs all the way through install. The installers were very professional, clean, and flat out knew what they were doing.

The technician gave us several options to choose from for our new heater/AC. He was very clear in giving the differences between those options. There was no pressure for us to make an immediate decision.
We got a few other estimates. Once we made our decision to go with Ambient, they scheduled the installation for the next day.
The two men who did the installation were friendly and very professional. They worked incredibly hard on a miserably hot day. Two units had to be hauled up 22 steps to our condo and the up an additional 10 steps up a pull down stairway up to the attic.
We are extremely happy with every aspect of the process and would highly recommend Ambient for any HVAC work.
