this was first time using Ambient, very personable and knowledgeable technician. Extremely inexpensive service as I used a "special" advertisement mailer. Ambient also sells and services tankless hot water heaters so I'm going to have them replace my current heater soon.

Most recently a John J. visited my home to do a seasonal system maintenance checkup. He was quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining things as he completed each check. He even corrected a wiring problem with the thermostat that had prevented the system to perform optimally.
