My husband & I were very pleased with the friendly and skilled HVAC Specialist, who came out to our home on short notice on Friday to diagnose why our fan suddenly wouldn't stop running.
Mike M. arrived promptly and got right to work on our Lennox system. He took all the time that was required to do a very thorough job of finding the source of the problem even as the drenching rain from Hurricane Debby was pounding outside our shed where he was working. Mike M. explained in detail what measures he was taking to resolve the problem and made sure that our AC would continue to run until he returns to complete the repairs.
We are looking forward to welcoming Mike M. when he returns next week to do a scheduled maintenance checkup and gets our HVAC system running properly again.

It's never fun to need an emergency HVAC call, but it's always a pleasure working with the Ambient team! My house was 92 with no air circulation – they were able to come out within a few hours!
