Our heat pump started acting up about two and one half weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon (of course). The company sent Joe out that evening, and had to replace a capacitor and a relay switch. At that time, he suggested that we should maybe consider a new unit since ours is 40+ years old. Well, yesterday, the unit started sounding like a whistling tea kettle. I called, and Joe and Dan arrived as scheduled. Turns out the fan motor is circling the drain, so I guess a new unit is called for. Both Joe and Dan were very friendly and professional, fully explaining the situation in detail. Although I'm not crazy about spending the money on a new unit, I am grateful for their honesty.
My expert technician was great..took his time and got my problem figured out. Never up sold me or tired getting me something I didn't actually need. Would highly recommend ambient comfort to any and everyone. Thank you guys a lot for getting our heat up and working.

Daniel W. And John J. Came out for a follow up check on our recent installation of a mini-split system for our home. They were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home by putting on protective booties so they didn't track dirt or mud into the house. They made sure the system was working properly and cleaned all the air filters in the units, checked the airflow temperature and checked the outside unit for any issues. Very pleased with the service and follow up checks. Thanks guys!!
