Our AC broke down at the end of July on a Saturday night. I called another place aside from Ambient and they weren't helpful at all. However, Ambient came out as soon as they could and we were up and running within minutes. The technician Joseph knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he looked at the unit and he worked quickly to resolve the issue. Wonderful experience! And more cost effective than the other guys. Thanks Ambient and Joseph for a job well done!
The tec was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She was respectful of my home and made me feel secure in her ability to service my air conditioner. Ambient Comfort is the best!!!
Best hvac around
Our air conditioner started blowing warm air in the middle of the day. We have used Ambient in the past so I called them. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and had someone out a couple hours later. Mike showed up earlier than expected and got right to work. Found the problem and luckily had the part on him. No surprise extra cost and a very fair price. Thank you Ambient and Mike.
Emergency call for service was responded to very quickly. The technician (Julian) was polite and friendly. He quickly located and resolved the cause of our AC outage.
