John was great! Was very thorough in helping with what looks like pretty complex thermostat settings. Even though it was later in the day, he did not seem rushed and took a good deal of time Explaining the reasoning for the Chosen settings. Checked the equipment to make sure everything was running as it should. excellent service call!
