It was prompt, nice courteous, considerate no doing wasn't playing games. Told me the truth. Didn't try to upsell or try to rip me off in anyway. You need more employees like him. I did a job as well. I'll give him an A+ plus for what he did how come and considered he was. I would highly recommend especially him with a company that he's in.
Technician showed up on time and his communication was excellent. Technician was very pleasant and answered the questions that I had. Explained in detail what he had done, and he put it in easy to understand terms. Thank you Ambient for a wonderful new system
