We needed mini-splits installed in our upstairs. From the soliciting of estimates through the installation Ambient Comfort did an outstanding job. We got excellent advice on what we needed and a good plan for installation.
The installation went smoothly and right on schedule. The techs spread drop cloths everywhere and were very careful with our furniture and with our house. The final product looks and works amazingly well. Would highly recommend Ambient.
I recently moved into a new house and scheduled Ambient Comfort to check, clean & tune up my HVAC systems but what I received from John A was that service and so much more. I have been a homeowner for 20+ yrs and I dont recall ever having such a kind, conscientious, and knowledgeable technician as John. He even provided me with a thorough tutorial of my thermostat and made adjustments so that I could easily install air filters. He wasn't high pressure to buy parts or services. This was a great experience and I felt like he went over and above what most technicians typically provide.
