Ambient employees were very courteous and helpful. Richard the tech called me on his way. Quickly corrected our issue and did a thorough servicing of our furnace. The cost was reasonable and I will call in the future when needed.

Our service worker was highly professional. I was impressed that he was able to address our concern within 90 minutes of submitting the request. He explained the problem and solution is a clear and straightforward way. I was very pleased with the service.
