We had a new heater and central air installed January. I have had the best experience with this company and all of the employees I have interacted with so far. All so very professional and thorough in their jobs! These days customer service is lacking but NOT with the folks at Ambient!
I couldn't have had a better experience with Ambient Comfort, and I don't say this lightly. I am VERY picky when it comes to who works on my home and AC went above and beyond my very specific expectations.
From top to bottom, this family owned business was professional, knowledgable, affordable, and friendly. The guys that came to my house, especially Chuck, was super friendly and addressed every concern my wife and I had. The team that installed by new air conditioner and furnace, was clean, quick, and precise.
If you need a new HVAC system, or any repair at all, you don't feel taken advantage of when you talk to Ambient Comfort. It feels like a family friend is taking care of you. I highly recommend this company.
Anthony Fuentes was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He got our heat up and running quickly. He answered all our questions in lay terms . We like him and we're very comfortable with him and his work.
This is one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing a job for me. From the very beginning, the listened to what I wanted and what my needs were. The technicians were great and very knowledgeable. The owner has been a joy to deal with answering all of our questions and dealing with all our requests. My husband went to pay them the other day, as they had all of the equipment placed, but they would not take the money insisting that the job was not 100% done. All that is need is for them to hook up an addition for completion. The addition is still not even started, yet they would take no money. We have tried the air and heat and it works beautifully....great work, great company.

Routine spring system check, on time, ready to get to work. Anthony was personable to talk to and thorough with his system checkout. He was very professional and represented the company well. Definitely glad I went with Ambient Comfort, they have always exceeded my expectations. I feel that I am getting great service and value for my dollar.
