The rep. John J. was very professional when he came to my house. I had an issue regarding my heating system not turning on and John J. was persistent and was able resolve the issue. He answered all my questions that I had. I recommend this company to anyone who may have issues with their HVAC system. I have dealt with many HVAC companies on the levels of commercial and residential use. They lacked great customer service and most times did not tell the truth of what exactly is happening with the HVAC system, just to get more money out of me. I am a firm believer that if you provide quality service, I will continue to do business with you and recommend you to other potential long term customers.This company seems trustworthy and I have not had any issues with them.

As usual, Jason was very professional and efficient when he did the fall checkup on my heater. That's why we use Ambient.
Richard tuned up my heating system. He did an excellent job explaining everything as he went along. It was the most efficient tune up I ever had to my system. He took his time and checked over the entire system. I never had a tech do such a great job.
The Technician arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly, and completed the heater inspection in a timely manner.
