We were very extremely pleased when Ambient replaced the HVAC in our home in 2018. When we needed the HVAC in our secondary home replaced, we called Ambient. Once again, Ambient provided top notched seamless service from start to finish. Keri & Holly were excellent in connecting us with the sales team. Brian, a very personable & knowledgable sales technician contacted us within an hour to discuss options and pricing. The next business day, Michael, the general manager whom we had interacted with in 2018, came to our home to assess our situation, take measurements and make recommendations. Installation occurred 1 week later! The wonderful technicians, Joe, Adam and Paul worked tirelessly to get our new system installed in less than 7 hours! Thank you Ambient for making sure that we have air conditioning before the heat of the summer!
