Anthony Gaetano from Ambient Comfort was Great!
He came in and very quickly fixed our malfunctioning exhaust fan. We had been trying various ways to fix it and not been successful at anyone giving or attempting to solve the problem.

Excellent service. Jason, the service technician, called to advise when he would arrive. After assessing the problem, he gave a couple of options for the repair. He followed up with the next steps to complete the repair.

Dealt with this company twice so far. Very knowledgable, they don't immediately try to sell new units, and when I called them to repair a heater that was broken they came out right away. Prices are also very reasonable.
Joe with Ambient did a great job looking at my heater after this week's storm. He is extremely knowledgeable about heat pumps, and went through and corrected the thermostat problems we were having
The two young men, Anthony and John just left. I could go on and on and on but I think I can say it very simply in a few words. They worked very very hard to get my heater on track. They are both to be commended, thank you for having these young men in your employ. They are definitely an asset to your company. They were also gentlemanly at all times. And, just an aside from me, my first husband, Eddie Gonzalez worked with Tony Gaetano senior, Quite a long while ago. I don't remember which company it was, but I do remember Tony Gaetano.
