Our AC broke down at the end of July on a Saturday night. I called another place aside from Ambient and they weren't helpful at all. However, Ambient came out as soon as they could and we were up and running within minutes. The technician Joseph knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he looked at the unit and he worked quickly to resolve the issue. Wonderful experience! And more cost effective than the other guys. The tec was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She was respectful of my home and made me feel secure in her ability to service my air conditioner. Ambient Comfort is the best!!!
