Tyler and another workman came out to service and to check on an issue that we were having with our exterior AC unit. He was prompt, polite and he gave a thorough explanation of what they had done and what they believed to be our issue. This is our second time using Ambient Comfort and we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you again for the great service! Beth K.

Ambient HVAC ..Dealing with Kate by phone/email was easy and a pleasure. Zach came out to estimate the job, was polite,friendly and clean and presentable. Ray was the actual service provider and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly as well as clean and presentable. Explained what/why he was doing with ease.Worked clean and safely. Job was done exactly as he said it would. Ambient was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Definitely will use them from now on.

Jason called asking if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. When he arrived he put on shoe coverings, and made sure to clean up after he serviced our HVAC unit. He educated me on our unit and explained different service plans available. He also educated me on services I may be interested in for our house since our house does not have an attack with a exhaust fan causing our 2nd floor to feel not as cool as our first floor. I was very pleased with his service and thorough he was. The office was very knowledgeable and quick to respond with service as well. Overall experience from beginning to end was 5 star!
